Descriptive:

To open the festival, the town of Tarnos is offering a free concert in 2 parts
(free participation), with all proceeds going to charity
charity.

part 1:
The concert will feature students from the École Municipale de Musique and local talent, some of whom will be performing on stage for the first time.
