Yogaland
Descriptive:
Yogaland offers classes in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Yin yoga, and yoga for children, in its new studio on avenue de la plage in Ondres (and Hossegor), or at home in private lessons throughout the year.
Come and practise in the friendly atmosphere of a small group. Length of lesson: 1h15 (ecological and organic materials provided). Accessible to all. Soft clothing recommended. Free trial class (except July-August). Through practice, yoga loosens and strengthens the body, helps concentration, teaches breathing, contributes to good circulation and relaxes the mind. Weekend courses and retreats are also available (Thailand, Netherlands, Greece, India, etc.).
Wellness area (naturopathy, kinesiology, ayurveda therapist, massage).
